Abdelrahman is an Associate in the Capital Markets department at ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners. He has nearly two years of experience advising on capital markets and financial regulatory transactions, with a focus on fund structuring, debt and securitisation transactions, as well as the establishment of entities regulated by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).

Prior to joining ADSERO, Abdelrahman worked at several top-tier Egyptian law firms, where he gained foundational experience in high-profile mandates across the financial sector. In addition to transactional work, he has managed Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings (OGMs and EGMs) and other corporate procedural matters, consistently delivering these processes in a structured, timely, and professional manner.

He is recognised for his practical, solutions-oriented approach and his ability to support clients in navigating complex legal matters and high-level meetings with clarity and professionalism.

• Advised Tawasoa Factoring on its public offering on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
• Assisted in the establishment of Nawy Investment Fund and Nawy Asset Management Company, as well as other Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA)–regulated entities.

Prior to ADSERO:

• Advised on the securitisation of a GB lease (leasing company) with a total value of EGP 1.8 billion.
• Assisted in establishing the first Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) in Egypt.
• Assisted in a consumer finance securitisation transaction with a total value of EGP 400 million.
• Contributed to one of the most recent IPOs (Act Financial) in the Egyptian market.
