ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners is pleased to announce that it has advised the sellers of Cairo West for Medical Services (owner of El Nada Hospital - Sheikh Zayed) a major healthcare provider in Egypt, in the successful sale of the majority of its shares to Al Ahly Capital Holding, the investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt, in an OTC transaction on the EGX.

The acquisition comes as part of Al Ahly’s plans to invest in the health sector according to Enterprise.
