We are pleased to announce that the 6th of October Dry Port (ODP) project financing, in which ADSERO acted as the Local Counsel for the project company, was awarded IJGlobal Transport Deal of the Year in the MENA region!

This revolutionary transaction is the first dry port Public-Private Partnership in the Egyptian transport sector and the first under the EBRD Green Cities programme in Egypt.

Our team was led by Hossam Gramon, Partner and Head of Banking & Finance and Projects practice area, assisted by Aya Badr, Associate, and Yosr Allam, Junior Associate.

We had the pleasure to work alongside our colleagues Matthew Escritt and Aidan Fittis of Pinset Masons, who acted as the International Legal Counsel for ODP.
