We are pleased to announce that ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners advised the Canadian mining company, Red Sea Resources Ltd, in the international bid round 1/2020 for Gold and Associated Minerals organised by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority. Following a competitive bidding process, Red Sea Resources Ltd has been awarded three exploration licenses in Egypt's geologically promising Eastern Desert.

ADSERO assisted Red Sea Resources Ltd with the bidding process and advised on the review and conclusion of the exploration licenses.

The ADSERO team on the deal was led by Managing Partner Ragy Soliman and Senior Associate Malak Khalil.
