ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners is proud to announce that we represented the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Arab African International Bank (AAIB) in successfully signing an EGP 1.8 billion financing loan to Hassan Allam Properties (HAP) for the development of Swan Lake West (SLW).

The financing is set to accelerate construction at SLW, which will house around 550 units over 173 feddans.  

Our team was led by Hossam Gramon, Partner and Head of Banking & Finance and Projects practice area, Karima Seyam, Managing Associate, Aya Badr, Associate and Yosr Allam, Junior Associate.
