Malak Zaki is a Junior Associate in the Banking and Finance Department at ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners, where she assists in advising prominent local and international clients on complex financial and regulatory matters. Since joining ADSERO, she has been actively involved in drafting and reviewing facility agreements, shareholder loan agreements, franchise agreements, term sheets, and legal memoranda. She also provides regulatory advice in accordance with the Central Bank of Egypt Law and other relevant legislations.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Malak worked for two years as in-house counsel at a leading multinational real estate company, where she developed a solid foundation in corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law. During this time, she supported the company’s legal operations and provided strategic legal guidance across a broad range of business activities.
She also has experience in drafting and reviewing Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting (OGM and EGM) documents and a wide range of commercial contracts, including sale, lease, franchise, and employment agreements. In addition, she drafts business-oriented legal opinions and conducts in-depth legal research tailored to the evolving needs of both corporate and institutional clients.
Malak is fluent in English and Arabic.
