Associate

Salma is an Associate in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. Salma is experienced in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements and providing support on transactional and non-transactional corporate, regulatory, and anti-trust matters.

She has expertise in M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, analysing complex legal issues, preparing transaction documentation, and contributing to restructuring strategies.  Prior to joining ADSERO, she gained valuable experience interning with leading technology and banking companies in Egypt.

  • Advised Arrow Holding on AfricInvest Fund IV’s acquisition of a significant minority stake.
  • Acted as lead counsel to A15 and the founding shareholders on the sale of a controlling stake in Link Development to Beyon Solutions.
  • Advised the sellers of Ismailia Investment Company (commercially known as Atyab) on the sale of a majority stake of 75.02% to Agthia Group PJSC.
  • Advised A15 on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in The Mobility Family (TMF).
  • Advised the Egyptian Company for Medical Investments (ECMI) on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Digital Access to Finance (DAF).
  • Advised Telecom Egypt on the preliminary approval and negotiations of the proposed sale of a majority stake in its Regional Data Hub subsidiary to Helios Investments.
  • Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
