Associate

Hannah is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals.

She advises clients on a wide range of topics, including pharmaceuticals, data protection, employment, banking, competition, sports, aviation, tourism, dispute resolution, and real estate. Hannah also has experience engaging with governmental authorities such as the EDA, ITIDA, and GAFI.

Her legal expertise includes drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and memorandum of understanding (MOUs), preparing risk assessment reports, providing legal advice, preparing case assessments, and conducting legal research across various areas of law. She specialises in providing ongoing corporate and commercial support specifically tailored to pharmaceutical companies and those conducting business operations in Egypt.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Hannah interned at several top-tier law firms, building a solid legal foundation in Egyptian and MENA region laws and further developing her legal skills and expand her legal knowledge.

  • Advised Paragon Developments on the legal structuring and drafting of the sub–development management agreement for the 500,000-sqm Boulevard Future City of mixed-use project, developed in partnership with MIDAR, Adeer International, and Sumou Holding.
  • Advised Rual for land reclamation on a revenue-sharing agreement with SODIC for a 1,000-feddan project in New Sphinx City.
  • Advised a foreign pharmaceutical company on drafting its sub-distribution agreement with its local agent in Egypt.
  • Advised a leading multinational pharmaceutical group and its local manufacturing and importation affiliates on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including MOUs, Patient Support Programs structures, and key operational agreements.
  • Acted for a leading international pharmaceutical company in effecting the closure and deregistration of its representative office in Egypt.
  • Conducted comprehensive land due diligence for a global technology infrastructure project undertaken by a major U.S. multinational corporation.
  • 2025 – Served as an organiser and panellist for ADSERO’s 5th Writing Competition, focusing on Old Rental Law Reforms in Egypt.
  • 2025 – Conducted a second training session on the Pharmaceuticals Industry in Egypt for Legal Clinic students at The British University in Egypt (BUE), as part of Amazon Egypt’s pro bono initiatives under Project Horus.
  • 2024 – Conducted a training session on the Pharmaceuticals Industry in Egypt for Legal Clinic students at The British University in Egypt (BUE), as part of Amazon Egypt’s pro bono initiatives under Project Horus.
  • Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
