Hana is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department and a member of the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. She advises clients on cybersecurity, data protection, telecommunications, media, and e-commerce matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Hana trained at leading law firms in Cairo, gaining extensive professional experience in corporate and commercial law, focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Hana’s legal skill set is highlighted by her experience in drafting and reviewing various agreements and policies, conducting analysis and practical implementation steps of laws in Egypt, as well as conducting in-depth legal research in UK and Egyptian law.

• Collaborated with Amazon’s legal team on matters related to doing business in Egypt, including the launch of Amazon’s products and services in the Egyptian market.
• Advised ByteDance (owner of TikTok) alongside international law firms on several matters, including data protection, website licensing, and introducing new products.
• Advised Film Clinic Productions on general corporate and commercial matters.
• Assisted Telecom Egypt’s legal team on matters related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Advised Uber Egypt on various general corporate and commercial matters.
• Advised Pfizer KSA on regional data protection matters.
• Created a Personal Data Protection compliance plan, manual, and training materials for Pfizer KSA.
• Assisted several international law firms in advising their clients on matters related to Egyptian data protection, telecommunications, and various media-related issues.
