Our Startup and Venture Capital practice advises founders and investors from a company’s pre-seed round through to its exit, and supports emerging companies as they expand into new markets. We bring together a deep knowledge of Egyptian law and international market practice, so that our advice and the structures we put in place stand up to scrutiny from each new investor and continue to serve the company as it scales. Where a structure spans more than one jurisdiction, we coordinate the work across each of them, giving our clients a single point of contact throughout.
