Youssef is a Junior Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets department.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Youssef interned at several top-tier law firms, gaining experience across various practice areas, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, General Corporate, Arbitration, and Litigation.

Youssef has expertise in drafting and reviewing a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, providing legal support, executing M&A transactions, and conducting comprehensive legal research.
