Omar is an Associate in ADSERO’s Dispute Resolution – Litigation department. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with a UAE-based law firm and gained experience with several real estate companies and law firms in Egypt.

He has extensive experience in litigation and complex case management across various civil, commercial, and labour law matters in both Egypt and the UAE. Omar has represented clients before all levels of the judiciary and regularly advises on legal risks, case merits, and litigation strategies. He is experienced in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for both UAE and Egyptian courts, covering commercial, civil, real estate, banking, labour, and criminal matters. He also participates in settlement negotiations and arbitration proceedings, and has assisted in representing clients in complex civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal disputes.

• Worked as a legal researcher and lawyer in an arbitration dispute involving Uber, drafting legal memoranda, analysing documents, and assisting in negotiation strategies that led to a favourable settlement.
• Successfully handled and won multiple labour cases filed against a Saudi company by preparing robust legal defences, analysing employee records, and representing the client in court.
• Represented Senyorita Food Industries in several labour disputes, achieving favourable rulings through effective legal argumentation and detailed analysis.

• Represented a major technology company in a significant commercial dispute, involving the preparation of legal memoranda and contribution to strategic legal planning, which supported the company’s position before the competent judicial authorities.
• Represented a leading construction company in multiple commercial disputes, successfully recovering multi-million-dollar amounts and protecting the company from severe financial threats through effective legal actions and strong defence strategies.
• Represented a prominent contracting company in several commercial disputes, securing the recovery of multi-million-dollar amounts from Dubai World and other companies through effective legal follow-up and execution of favourable judgments.

• Represented a prominent American businessman in a real estate dispute, securing a court judgment invalidating a gift contract for a villa valued at over AED 50 million, while also defeating an insolvency claim and enforcing the judgment in favour of the client.
• Represented a major engineering company in a dispute with contracting firms, successfully retrieving a bank guarantee exceeding AED 1 million and lifting a mortgage on a villa valued at over AED 8 million.
• Represented a Syrian businessman in a partnership dispute, achieving termination of a seven-year contract due to the other party’s breach and securing AED 1 million in compensation.
