Nour is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Banking and Project Finance department. Prior to joining ADSERO, Nour worked for two years in a top-tier law firm’s corporate and commercial practice area.
Nour has experience drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, shareholders agreements, and management and usufruct agreements, while dealing with day-to-day queries of businesses and providing them with corporate and commercial advice.
Since joining ADSERO, Nour has worked on reviewing loan, facility and escrow agreements, undergoing due diligence processes, drafting and reviewing term sheets, drafting legal memos, and providing CBE-based commercial advice to various businesses locally and internationally.
Nour speaks fluent German, English and Arabic.
