He has professional experience in general corporate, commercial, regulatory, M&As, and energy and renewable energy projects. Khaled has advised various local and international companies on day-to-day legal matters and complex issues related to restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt.
His expertise includes drafting and reviewing various agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, power purchase agreements, service agreements, settlement agreements, policies and MOUs. He also provides legal advice and conducts in-depth legal research across diverse legal fields.
In addition, Khaled has experience in cases involving private international law, international law, labour law, and tax law. His comprehensive knowledge spans multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE and KSA. Khaled is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and is qualified to practise law in Egypt.
