Khaled is a Junior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Law.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Khaled acquired a solid background in the French and Egyptian legal systems by completing his bachelor’s degrees in law at the Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University and Cairo University. He has applied the knowledge he acquired through several internships at top-tier law firms in Cairo while, in parallel, participating in National Moot Courts, such as the SAM competition.
Khaled has advised both local and international energy companies on a range of complex issues, including restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt. His practical legal skills include drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, policies, and MOUs, providing sound legal advice, and conducting thorough legal research in numerous fields of law.
