Eman is a Junior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Eman worked at top-tier law firms in transactional and non-transactional departments.

Eman’s practice focuses on regulatory matters, handling day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, advising on licensing laws and regulations, providing legal opinions, conducting legal research across multiple fields of law, and drafting various types of agreements, policies, and MOUs. Additionally, Eman has experience in dealing with governmental authorities.
