Touqa joined ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners Corporate and Commercial department as a Junior Associate in August 2021. Touqa’s primary practice areas are employment, social insurance, real estate, and hospitality.
Touqa has experience in drafting and reviewing various types of commercial agreements, including service, sale, lease, management, and usufruct agreements. In addition, Touqa provides day-to-day commercial, corporate, and employment advice for multinational corporations regarding their business operations in Egypt, including, inter alia, companies’ incorporation, restructuring and liquidation, negotiations, and direct interactions with governmental bodies, ministries and authorities.
Touqa has also represented prominent real estate developers as well as technology, and agricultural companies such as The Sovereign Fund of Egypt.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Touqa interned at top-tier law firms. Additionally, she previously participated in one of ADSERO’s Students’ Contributions during her studies.
Represented The Sovereign Fund of Egypt in the exploitation, development and repurposing of the Tahrir Complex in Khedive Cairo.
Assisted The Sovereign Fund of Egypt in the establishment of four schools with Mobica and CIRA.
Representation of Capital Group Properties in their daily commercial operations.
Representation of a Swiss agricultural science and technology company, particularly seeds and crop protection products, in its day-to-day operations, including employment and commercial law matters.
Representation of a large U.S. technology company in its day-to-day operations, including employment and commercial law matters.
2022 - Participated in the World Youth Forum as a delegate in the Model on United Nations, Human Rights Council, whereby she gave her speech in relation to the impact of Covid-19 to the human rights on the international aspect.
2020 and 2021 – Participated in Frankfort Investment Arbitration Moot Court.
2021 - LL.B, English Section, Faculty of Law, Cairo University.
