Sherif Kfoury joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2021 as a Junior Associate in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Department. Prior to joining ADSERO, Sherif interned at top tier law firms.
Sherif is experienced in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters. In addition, Sherif is proficient in advising on restructuring plans and strategies, executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting, and reviewing transaction documentation.
Assisted in a Joint Venture Agreement between MOBICA, The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE), and leading education provider GEMS Egypt to create education services.
Assisted TSFE to establish a partnership between CIRA and El Sewedy Capital to invest in education.
