Shaimaa joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in December 2021. She has more than five years of experience across multiple legal fields. Before joining ADSERO, Shaimaa worked at top tier law firms in Egypt.

Shaimaa acted as the legal consultant for several domestic and multinational companies across multiple industries, specifically in pharmaceutical, automotive, construction, and tourism. She has extensive knowledge in preparing legal opinions and advises domestic and multinational companies in different fields of law. In addition, Shaimaa is highly proficient in drafting and reviewing different types of agreements. Also, Shaimaa dealt with multiple Egyptian Governmental Authorities. Furthermore, she has in-house experience in the pharmaceutical field; including but not limited to: reviewing different types of Agreements and MOUs, preparing legal advice, preparing case assessments, and drafting notifications by court bailiffs.

Advised on the unilateral termination without cause and termination for default of EPC and consortium agreements concluded between multinational companies and governmental authorities and participated in drafting the settlement agreements.

Advised on the supply of plasma collection devices and disposable kits from a multinational company to Egypt concerning the operation of Plasmapheresis donation centres in Egypt.

Participated in reviewing consortium and subcontract agreements in relation to El-Dabaa Project.

Participated in several disputes before the Administrative Court, Supreme Administrative Court, and Economic Court in relation to patent infringement and revocation of registration decisions of generic products. In addition, Shaimaa participated in an arbitral dispute before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration on a sale of a group of hotels in Marsa Alam.

Participated in preparing amendment proposals for laws and executive regulations.
