Salma joined the Capital Markets and M&A team in 2022.  Prior to joining ADSERO, Salma interned at Egypt’s industry-leading technology and banking companies.

Salma is experienced in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters, advising on restructuring plans and strategies, executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting, and reviewing transaction documentation.
