Sadeem joined Adsero in November 2019. Prior to joining Adsero, Sadeem interned and worked at several top-tier lawfirms.

Sadeem’s experience at Adsero covers, litigation, arbitration as well as corporate and commercial. She is currently a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice and the Projects Group with a focus on the Energy, Environment and Natural Resources (EENR) sector.

Advised the National Company for Maize Products/Cairo Three A Group, a subsidiary of the market pioneer in Agri Commodity, Cairo Three A, on its 15-year power project with Intro Power and Utilities, Intro Group’s power and utility arm.

Assisted Ministry of Finance in updating its existing global medium- term note programme USD denominated program from USD 30 BN to USD 40 BN.

Assisted international gold mining exploration companies (Red Sea Resources and Akh Gold Limited) concerning the international bid round 1/2020 for Gold and Associated Minerals organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority.

Assisted Siemens Mobility in its contract with the Egyptian Government for Egypt’s first high-speed electric rail system.

Assisted international pharmaceutical company on restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt.

Assisted many energy companies with their legal affairs in Egypt.

Represented a tech digital agency on their legal affairs in Egypt.

Assisted and advised a mobility company in the implementation of a Rent to Own program.

Assisted a telecom company in a sales tax case.
