Mohamed joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners' Dispute resolution team as a Junior Associate in October 2021 and is currently an Associate. His practice focuses on complex Commercial and Civil litigation. He also has notable expertise in disputes related to Telecommunications law, WTO law, Customs Law and VAT law.

Mohamed has accumulated considerable experience in handling complex telecommunications disputes, providing legal advice on telecommunications matters, and drafting settlement agreements. Before joining ADSERO, Mohamed interned at two top-tier banks and participated in litigation moots.

Assisted in representing Telecom Egypt (TE) in all dispute resolution matters (civil and commercial disputes) before Courts and Arbitral tribunals.

Advised a Dutch multinational dairy company on an anti-dumping case.

Assisted in representing Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) against the Tax Authority claim of USD 445.6 million before Egyptian Courts.

Assisted in representing OCI in cases related to the execution of an arbitral award with gross amount of USD 40 million.

Assisted in representing a leading Saudi Company in all dispute resolution matters (civil, and commercial disputes).

Assisted in representing Nestlè Egypt against Customs authority's claim of EGP 250 million.

2021 – Ranked 2nd of the top three authors of ADSERO’s  Writing Competition.

20172020 - Certified from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University as the best student in Administrative law, Civil law, and Economics.
