Mohamed joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners’ Dispute Resolution team in November 2020 as a Junior Associate and is currently an Associate. Mohamed's work mainly focuses on complex Commercial and Civil litigation due to his specialization in Telecommunication and Construction disputes.

Mohamed has the experience needed to provide guidance and assist clients in resolving their disputes through arbitration, litigation, and/or alternative dispute resolution methods.

Mohamed is focused on Commercial Arbitration in diverse fields, including Construction and Telecommunications. In addition, he worked on Dispute Litigation before national courts related to Taxation and Customs, the annulment of arbitral awards and their enforcement. Moreover, Mohamed has vast understanding of Corporate law and White Collar crimes.

Mohamed also has extensive experience in Labour Law and has carried out numerous administrative investigations of workers in relation to violations they have committed in the course of their work.

In addition, he is particularly skilled in filing complaints with the Egyptian Central Bank regarding violations committed by banks operating in the Republic and harming our clients.

Assisted in representing OCI (Orascom Construction Industries) in cases related to the execution of an arbitral award with a gross amount of USD 40 million.

Assisting Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Company and Avon Cosmetics in a wide range of labour cases.

Conducted several administrative investigations with workers in leading corporates in Egypt.

Assisted a number of major clients in filing criminal cases related to the issuance of bank checks without balance

Assisted in representing Telecom Egypt (TE) in many dispute resolution matters (civil and commercial disputes) before Courts and Arbitral tribunals.
