Menna joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in 2022. She is an Egyptian qualified lawyer with 9 years of experience in arbitration and corporate commercial, which she obtained from working at a leading development company and a top-tier law firm in Egypt.

Menna advises clients on diverse Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical legal matters. Her scope of advice includes providing legal opinions concerning commercial and corporate day-to-day matters, drafting, negotiating and reviewing all day-to-day agreements, providing legal consultancy/advisory services regularly on all laws and regulations in Egypt affecting the Client’s business, and preparing risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Menna first worked in the legal team of a leading development company in Egypt, specialising in the operation of hotels and residential units, advising clients on general corporate and commercial questions. She then joined the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) as a Case Manager and Legal Advisor, where she participated in the amendment of international arbitration rules and published several articles in the International Journal of Arab Arbitration. Later, Menna practised arbitration in a leading law firm in Egypt, working in complex arbitrations across various industries, including construction, commercial and investment disputes. Furthermore, Menna advised clients on arbitration-related legal opinions, worked on the identification of legal issues and the implementation of strategies, drafted written pleadings in complex commercial and investment arbitrations, and represented the firm in UNCITRAL oral hearings held in Cairo.
