Kamal joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2019 as a Procedures Attorney and is currently a Managing Associate. He has more than 30 years of experience in all procedures of incorporation and amendment of related companies, including but not limited to; drafting contracts, articles of incorporation and their modifications, minutes of boards of directors and associations, all documentation and licensing procedures, and dealing with all official authorities concerned. In addition, Kamal has assisted in establishing more than 220 companies, ranging from joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, partnership companies and simple partnerships. Moreover, Kamal is knowledgeable in approving and documenting the minutes of the usual and unusual boards of directors associations related to these companies. He also worked with numerous clients, such as; Pfizer, Imkan, Atyab, Siemens, Global Julphar, Image, Syngenta Agro, Pixelogic, Friesland, and Al-Hashimiya

Kamal has comprehensive experience in tax procedures of all kinds, from tax appeals and drafting defence memos, to representing clients before appeal committees and committees for ending tax disputes.
