Hana joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners as a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department and Projects Group in 2021. Hana is part of the Corporate, Commercial and Projects team.
Hana advises clients on matters related to renewable energy, and mining.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Hana interned at several different top-tier law firms in Egypt. In addition to arbitration and litigation, she has adequate experience in drafting and reviewing contracts as well as drafting memos.
Advised local and international energy companies on restructuring, corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in Egypt.
Drafted and reviewed various types of agreements, including but not limited to, supply, sponsorship, commercial intermediation, and joint venture agreements.
