Gareer joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners’ Dispute Resolution team as a Junior Associate in August 2020 and is currently an Associate. Before joining ADSERO, Gareer worked at top-tier law firms in M&A, Corporate, Arbitration and Litigation. 

Gareer has over two years of practice. He accumulated a proper understanding of providing the necessary guidance and assisting clients through dispute resolution using alternative dispute resolution methods. In addition, he is specialized in telecommunication disputes under Telecom Regulation Law and constructional disputes, leveraging his understanding of the construction industry to identify, assess, avoid, and resolve construction claims and disputes that may arise. Furthermore, Gareer is knowledgeable in various construction and FIDIC contracts. 

In addition, Gareer handles a wide range of cases regarding Central Bank law, taxation and Customs, Arbitral Award enforcement procedures, Bankruptcy and Trademarks. He also works in other legal areas, including Labour law, Company Law, and White-Collar criminal matters.

Assisted in representing Siemens in a dispute regarding the Siemens sub-contractor claim from the main contractor claim. The transaction value is USD 1.2 million. 

Assisted in representing a leading German company in technically complex Arbitration before CRCICA regarding the construction and operation of a water supply plant in Egypt. 

Assisted in representing Telecom Egypt in its Telecommunication complex disputes before CRCICA and Egyptian courts.

Assisted in representing Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) against the Tax authority claim of USD 445.6 million. 

Assisted in representing Nestlè Egypt against Customs authorities' claim of EGP 250 million.

Assisted in advising a prominent Real Estate developer on the best practices concerning the management of disputes with real estate property purchasers and enforcement of rights in case of default in payment.

Assisted in representing one of Egypt’s major Real Estate developers in claims raised before the Consumer Protection Authority.

Assisted in representing Saudi Egyptian Touristic Development Company in all dispute resolution matters (Civil, Commercial and Employment disputes).
