Farida joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2022 as a Junior Associate in the firm’s Capital Markets and M&A practice area. Farida graduated with a dual degree in Business Finance from the American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University, English Section. Prior to joining ADSERO, she completed multiple internships and gained significant knowledge performing in-depth legal research on Egyptian M&A and Capital Markets Law. Furthermore, Farida is skilled in gathering and analyzing research data covering decisions, codes, and statutes and in writing informative legal briefs.
Additionally, Farida works across different industries and is experienced in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, assisting in restructuring plans and executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence.
Assisted in the acquisition of a 49% stake in a leading Egyptian company operating in the financial leasing industry.
Assisted in the acquisition of a major Egyptian holding company operating in the non-banking financial activities sector.
Assisted in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
