Prior to joining the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team in ADSERO as a Junior Associate in December 2021, Farida interned in both top tier law firms (including ADSERO in 2019) and an in-house legal department, as well as in a few governmental institutions including the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt.

Farida is experienced in executing M&A transactions including conducting legal due diligence, legal research and reviewing all types of commercial agreements. In addition, Farida has experience in advising on structuring plans and strategies and regulatory work in connection with the issuance of different types of licenses.
