
Dr Ayman joined ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners Dispute Resolution: Litigation team in August 2021, first as an Associate and is currently a Managing Associate. In addition, he is a teacher at the Public Law Department of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University. Dr Ayman obtained his PhD degree in “Abuse of the constituent power” from Cairo University.
Ayman has extensive experience in administrative law, including governmental contracts, cases for quashing administrative decisions and compensation cases against the state filed before the state council courts. Furthermore, Ayman is an expert in constitutional law and the constitutional cases filed before the supreme constitutional court.
In addition, Ayman has participated in several arbitration cases before the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), especially regarding construction disputes and dispute litigations. Moreover, Ayman has ample experience in tax laws and representing clients before tax committees.
Advised a Dutch multinational dairy company in a sales tax case.
Represented Future Pipe Industries in a civil case before the Egyptian courts.
Represented a major real estate company in an arbitration filed against a competing company.
