Abdelrahman joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners as a Junior Associate in 2022 in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. Prior to joining ADSERO, Abdelrahman interned at top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Abdelrahman is experienced in assisting with executing M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, legal research and reviewing all types of commercial agreements. Furthermore, Abdelrahman has experience in advising clients on anti-trust matters.
