We are pleased to announce that our client Telecom Egypt SAE (TE) has been awarded the Structured Finance Deal of the Year Award for its USD 500 million Syndicated Term Loan Facility extended by syndication led by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and Mashreq Bank from the GFC Media Group Bonds, Loans and Sukuk Middle East Awards 2022.

Our team acted as local counsel to TE and was led by Hossam Gramon, Partner and Head of Banking, Finance and Projects, assisted by Karima Seyam, Managing Associate, Aya Badr, Associate and Yosr Allam, Junior Associate.
