We are delighted to announce that we acted as local counsel to The Sovereign Fund of Egypt's Infrastructure Subfund (TSFE) in the financing, extended by EBRD, to acquire and construct a 100 MG electrolyser facility powered by renewable energy.

The facility will deliver up to 15,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually when fully developed. This, in turn, will be used as input for the production of green ammonia to be sold on the Egyptian and international markets.
The deal was led by Hossam Gramon, Partner, Head of Banking, Finance and Projects practice area.
