ADSERO - Ragy Soliman & Partners is proud to announce that we have acted as the Egyptian Local Counsel to the Ministry of Finance of Egypt in the issuance of the first-ever YEN denominated (“Samurai”) bonds in the Japanese market at 60 billion Japanese YEN, equivalent to approximately USD 500 million. Accordingly, the sale makes Egypt the first in the region to issue JPY-denominated bonds in the Japanese market.

Clifford Chance acted as the International Counsel to the Ministry of Finance in the issuance.
